Augusta Linen Service & Rental was established in 2008 by Randy Tucker and Shane Guilbeau – two party rental industry experts with a combined thirty years of experience.
Together, Randy and Shane shared the goal of owning their own company – the only question being, “What kind of company?” When a friend, Jim Beck of French Market Grille West, found himself less than satisfied with his linen service provider and had no other options, the light bulb came on. Randy and Shane became inspired by Jim’s idea of combining a top notch linen rental service with a special events rental company. They saw a great opportunity to offer rentals to not only caterers and banquet hall owners but also restaurants and hotels. It was a unique business approach that made perfect sense. From this idea, Augusta Linen Service & Rental was born, and providing a combination of services that was never before offered by any other company in the area.
Randy and Shane soon discovered that this blend of services and products filled a large void. As the business expanded, so did the request from customers to satisfy more of their needs – which enabled them to add to their commercial service lines, including mats, janitorial supplies, and laundering. In 2010, as the company was experiencing tremendous growth, they welcomed a new business partner to the mix, Todd Stewart. Todd brought a wealth of knowledge and business experience to the company.
In 2015, Augusta Linen is proud to be expanding our service offerings to cater to your business’s janitorial needs, as well as restaurant supplies!
Even as the business has substantially grown, Randy and Shane have remained committed to giving every client the personal attention to detail they have come to expect and appreciate.
